Unlock Clinical Excellence in the Operating Room
The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background in operating room techniques and practices, as well as experience with Central Sterilization Services Departments. A solid understanding of infection control principles is also an asset.
* Coordinate and implement clinical evaluations for surgical procedures to support new business conversions.
* Develop comprehensive procedural guides (CPGs) for new business opportunities, ensuring seamless integration with existing CPGs. Collaborate closely with external partners to guarantee exceptional product quality.
* Provide timely updates on existing CPGs to maintain customer satisfaction, actively capturing customer feedback during quarterly review meetings. This includes proactive communication regarding portfolio improvements or changes to products offered by our company.
This role requires effective project management skills, allowing you to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy. As part of this position, you will develop valuable relationships with colleagues from diverse backgrounds across various regions within EMEA.
