Your role As a Business Controller, you are the sparring partner of the CFO and management. You translate data into insights, support strategic decisions, and strengthen the financial maturity of the company. Your responsibilities: Develop dashboards and management reports Analyze variances and advise based on business results Take an active role in strategic planning and forecasting Monitor and optimize budget processes Define and track KPIs together with management Conduct financial analyses of balance sheets, income statements, and annual accounts Work on projects focused on optimization You have a master’s degree in an economic/finance-related field or equivalent experience. You have at least several years of experience in business controlling. You work confidently with Power BI and understand data models and data analysis. You communicate clearly and make complex insights understandable – even for non-financial colleagues. You speak fluent Dutch. Knowledge of French and/or English is an asset. You are a team player and share your knowledge.
