We are supporting a large, multi-site international industrial group in their search for a Supply Chain Manager to oversee a key European product division based in the southern region of Luxembourg Province, Belgium (2-3 days' hybrid flexibility).
The company is a leader in its niche with more than 25 production sites across Europe, providing full-system solutions for critical industries. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving supply chain efficiency, modernisation, and S&OP maturity across three European production sites.

* Strategic Scope: Own the full E2E Supply Chain process – from demand planning and inventory to logistics and distribution
* S&OP Leadership: Lead and embed a structured S&OP process across 3 key production plants
* Transformation: Support ERP (MS Dynamics) rollout and integration across sites with differing levels of system maturity
* Cross-Border Influence: Work alongside peers across Europe, partnering closely with the Division Operations Director and VP of Supply Chain
* Visibility & Impact: Report into a senior leadership structure with high focus on supply chain as a strategic growth pillar
Role Highlights:
* Lead the supply chain strategy for a priority business unit within the group
* Coordinate 3 key plants in Europe and lead operationally
* Work with centralised freight and replenishment teams while managing local teams (currently 2–5 direct reports)
* Drive inventory optimisation, ERP implementation, and planning excellence
* Liaise with equipment plants in Scandinavia (minimal travel expected)
* Attend European SC leadership meetings to stay aligned with group initiatives
Your Profile:
* French-speaking (mandatory) with the ability to operate in a cross-functional, multicultural environment
* Based in Belgium (ideally within reach of Luxembourg Province) – flexible on exact location
* Proven experience in supply chain leadership within manufacturing or industrial sectors
* Hands-on, practical, and committed to being present on-site when needed (2 days/week)
* Strong experience in S&OP, inventory control, and ERP projects
* Willingness to travel occasionally
