Expert Franchise Lead OncologyYou will be responsible for achieving financial, strategic and execution objectives for the client’s lead oncology brand together with the customer facing (Account Managers) and marketing (Brand Customer Managers & Customer Experience) teams reporting to the contractor. The Expert Franchise Lead will report to the Oncology Business Unit Director (BUD).The Oncology team is dedicated to delivering breakthrough innovations that extend and improve the lives of cancer patients worldwide. Their focus is on innovation and launch execution excellence; the client translates breakthrough science into innovative medicines that help people with cancer across the globe.Main responsibilitiesMarket analysis: Evaluation of local market and identification of commercial opportunities based on market research and customer insightsStrategy development: understanding and translating the regional and global product strategy into local priorities and the integrated strategic business planLaunch excellence: lead cross functional team in development of launch strategy and executional plan for several new indications and assetsCustomer focus: Visits with field team to coach and collect feedback on current programs and gain customer insights, participation at national, regional or local congresses or the client's own eventsFinancial oversight: Support sales forecasting, tracking of product sales, and expenses management in alignment with the BUD, Commercial Operations Lead, and finance departmentCross functional collaboration: ensure alignment with the Integrated Brand and Customer Plan between various stakeholder such as Medical, Key Account Management, Market Access, Finance, Regulatory, Digital/Data, etc.People Management: Direct leadership of team of employees across sales and marketing, indirect leadership of Cross Functional TeamSales Force Effectiveness: Lead prioritized activities to optimize sales force effectiveness (i.e. segmentation, targeting, account planning, etc.), facilitate quarterly sector discussions, and ensure execution of account plans in top 20 accountsYour profile5 years of Marketing experience including strategy development/executionExperience in (managing) customer facing role(s) such as Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access and/or Account ManagementScientific, Healthcare, or Business degree preferredPrevious experience in oncology preferredStrong communication and presentation skills in English.Fluent in Dutch, French, &/or English preferredCross functional collaboration & leadership (Medical Affairs, CX, Market Access, KAM...)Excellent business acumen, analytical skills, and growth mindsetOnsite presence is required at least 3 days per week.
