We are always looking for IT Support Engineers to join our dynamic Technical Resource Group team.
You can choose to have different assignments at different locations with several of our customers as a mobile engineer or you can choose to be on-site based at one of our key customers.
What you'll do
Working as part of a dynamic team you will be providing 1st and 2nd line on-site user support. This includes analyse incidents, problems & service requests, propose solutions and help implementing them. You will also be responsible for any escalation and follow up.
Some of the daily activities are:
1. End users support
2. Troubleshooting incidents, software and hardware
3. Resolution of software and hardware issues (laptop, desktop, printers)
4. Installation and configuration of laptops
5. Software issues for inhouse applications
6. Organizing, analyzing and handling of tickets in the IT ticketing tool
7. Quick analysis and incident management, close collaboration with expert team
8. Preparing new and repaired hardware
9. Staging laptops and PC's with SCCM
10. Windows 10 troubleshooting
11. Preparation of conference rooms and management meetings
12. Physical installation of cabling, monitors, dockings, pc's, printers,...
What you'll need
The ideal candidate will be an expert in dealing with customers at all levels; you bring hands-on technical skills as well as great interpersonal skills.
13. Previous knowledge of Microsoft Applications
14. Previous experience of supporting Mobile devices and hand-held devices
15. Good administrative experience, attention to detail, ensures accuracy of data, provides data for reporting and processing of information
16. Previous experience working in a corporate IT environment is an asset
17. Excellent customer facing and communication skills; adaptable and welcoming of change and communicating change to customers
18. Excellent time management and organisational skills
19. Willing to take initiative and be hands-on
20. Very good communication skills, both verbal and written in English and good command of Dutch and/or French
21. Driver's license B
