Required profile.
1. Analyze and resolve data quality issues within Finance systems (SAR, Solaar, and related tools).
2. Ensure efficient and qualitative functionalities of Finance systems, respecting user requirements, deadlines, and budget constraints.
3. Lead local Finance projects and contribute to group-wide projects related to Finance Systems, Regulatory Reporting (financial, management accounting, liquidity, solvency, ALM, credit risk).
4. Act as a liaison between project owners, management, and end users.
5. Identify root causes of functional or data quality issues across systems, from operational data sources to reporting tools.
6. Write clear and complete business requirements and functional specifications.
7. Propose, define, and document both short-term and long-term solutions to business needs.
8. Ensure accurate implementation of business requirements into Finance systems and related interfaces.
9. Prepare, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by analyzing delivered versus expected results.
10. Participate in change management activities and provide support to end users (Accounting & Reporting Teams, Management Control, ALM, Credit Risk, etc.).
11. Communicate proactively and transparently with management and stakeholders.
12. Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
