Global HR Process Owner
This pivotal role will drive the design and governance of core HR processes, including performance management, compensation cycles, and organizational structure, across our international footprint.
* Lead the implementation and optimization of our global HRIS, delivering accurate HR data, dashboards, and insights to leadership.
* Owning and rolling out our global HRIS from selection to go-live and beyond, standardizing and governing key HR processes across countries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in HRIS and/or HR process ownership, ideally in an international and decentralized organization.
* Strong leadership skills enabling coordination and leadership of transformation and digitization processes.
* Culturally sensitive change manager with a strong process mindset and attention to data quality.
* Passionate about building scalable HR infrastructure and experienced in HR core processes.
* System implementation and vendor coordination expertise.
* Internationally mobile and flexible, willing to travel for relationship-building and project management.
