The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthopaedics or trauma sales, combined with clinical credibility and commercial performance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and growing a high-potential territory with a strong existing customer base.
* Building trusted relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams, and hospital decision-makers.
* Providing clinical support during surgical procedures, especially robotic-assisted cases.
* Promoting a premium portfolio of orthopaedic implants, instruments, and surgical robotics technology.
* Delivering account growth through strategic planning, product training, and customer engagement.
An ideal profile for this role includes:
* Previous sales experience in orthopaedics, trauma, or related surgical specialties.
* Strong knowledge of the hospital environment and theatre procedures.
* Confident, self-motivated, and passionate about surgical innovation.
* Fluent in Dutch; English and/or French a plus.
* Based in Limburg or willing to relocate within the region.
* Comfortable working in a clinical and technical sales environment.
