Job Responsibilities As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a strategic role in supporting the Terumo Interventional Systems (TIS) Business Unit by delivering financial insights that drive sustainable and profitable growth. Your key responsibilities include: Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning (LRP) activities. Provide clear financial analysis and recommendations to stakeholders.Performance Monitoring: Analyze P&L, monitor expenses, and explain variances to support data-driven decisions.Project Support: Contribute financial expertise to business cases, new initiatives, and tool development.Process Improvement: Enhance financial processes and tools to increase efficiency, transparency, and data reliability.Collaboration: Act as a trusted partner to BU leaders and cross-functional teams, fostering strong relationships and shared accountability. Profile Description We are looking for a proactive and analytical team player who brings: A university degree in Applied Economics, Finance, or equivalent experience. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.G., S4 Hana, SAC, Power BI, MS Office).A collaborative mindset, openness to change, and a drive to challenge the status quo.
