In order to maximize the value and success rates of strategic projects, our Technology, Strategy and Transformation team supports clients in defining and tracking expected benefits, defining an effective portfolio governance to determine which projects to execute, as well as setting and scaling up a Program Management Office to drive projects forwards and mitigate risks.

As a Digital Transformation Project Senior Consultant, you'll be at the heart of driving successful digital transformation programs.
You'll work closely with clients and delivery teams to ensure projects stay on track, risks are managed, and value is realized.
You'll combine strong project management skills with a solid understanding of digital technologies and agile ways of working.
Your role will involve coordinating across multiple teams, tracking progress with data-driven insights, and helping solve challenges as they arise.
You'll support the delivery of digital initiatives by managing schedules, resources, and dependencies, while keeping communication clear and timely between stakeholders.
Your tech-savviness will enable you to use modern tools and platforms to provide transparency and control over complex programs.
You'll be part of a collaborative team, leveraging Deloitte's global network and expertise to bring best practices and innovative solutions to our clients' digital transformation journeys.
Let's Talk About You
You have 3–6 years of experience in project or program management, ideally within digital or technology environments.
You are comfortable working in agile and hybrid delivery models and understand the nuances of digital transformation projects.
You have a good grasp of technology concepts such as cloud, data analytics, or software development, enabling you to communicate effectively with technical teams.
You are proficient in one or more project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Power BI.
You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in fast-moving environments.
You communicate clearly and confidently, translating complex technical or business issues into straightforward language for diverse audiences.
You are strategic, resilient, and proactive—able to take initiative and keep projects moving forward.
You enjoy working collaboratively with clients and colleagues, building strong relationships based on trust and transparency.
You have a continuous learning mindset and are keen to develop your skills in digital delivery and technology.
Having relevant certifications such as PMP, Agile (CSM, PMI-ACP), SAFe, or cloud fundamentals is a plus.
You have a professional level of English and either French or Dutch.
