You will work as a MindCapture consultant/freelancers for an international market leader in the healthcare industry.
Job description
* Safeguard product and process quality in line with GMP, customer requirements and internal standards.
* Coordinate product complaints end to end, including root cause analysis, documentation and sample management.
* Lead and support external audits, and drive timely follow-up of CAPAs and improvement actions.
* Partner with sales, marketing and operations to translate customer requirements into clear technical and production input.
* Deliver GMP and quality training, and help strengthen a proactive quality culture.
* Perform trend analysis on non-conformities and complaints to detect recurring issues and prevent rework.
* Support product release activities under guidance of the QA Manager.
* Conduct supplier audits and support supplier quality follow-up.
* Contribute to continuous improvement projects across production and the wider quality system.
Requirements
* Higher scientific degree (industrial pharmacist, bio-engineer, industrial engineer or MSc in biomedical science) with initial work experience.
* Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and working knowledge of GMP.
* Knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 13485 and QSR is a plus.
* Languages: Dutch and English.
