Your role

As a senior account manager, you will play a key role in growing the pipeline and acquiring new business within Cloud Infrastructure Services, focusing on a portfolio of clients in a specific market segment.

Your goal will be to lead initiatives that contribute to sustainable top-line growth:
1. Identify and qualify new opportunities within your assigned territory or target accounts, contributing to the team's overall growth goals.
2. Support and guide opportunities through the full sales lifecycle-from initial qualification to successful closure-ensuring a smooth and collaborative process.
3. Take ownership of your part in the sales process, working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver strong oues.
4. Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies and plans, while aligning with broader sector and organizational goals.
5. Work toward individual sales targets that contribute to shared team success, with support and collaboration from peers and leadership.
6. Collaborate with delivery teams (, Delivery Executive, Service Delivery Manager, Portfolio Lead) to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.
7. Engage with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and fostering openmunication.

Requiredpetencies

9. Demonstrated experience in developing new business and contributing to growth across diverse industries and client types, with an understanding of market dynamics andpetitive landscapes.
10. Background in selling cloud infrastructure solutions and services, with a focus on addressing client needs and delivering value.
11. Collaborative team member who builds trust across functions and levels in a matrix environment, fostering strong relationships and shared success.
12. Skilled at articulating client challenges and translating them into effective, oue-driven solutions.
13. Strongmercial awareness, including experience with pricing strategies, contract development, and negotiation.
14. Brings a consultative sales approach, using storytelling, active listening, insightful questioning, and the ability to inspire and support others.
15. Excellentmand of Dutch/French and English
