Intro
For one of its key European regions, the company is looking for a Regional Marketing Specialist (France) to drive marketing performance and business growth.
Based at the headquarters in Kortrijk, you will be responsible for developing and executing an omnichannel marketing strategy tailored to the French market. You will combine data-driven digital initiatives with impactful local actions to increase engagement, revenue, and brand presence in one of the company’s most strategic regions.
Responsibilities
Strategic Ownership & Planning
* Act as the single point of contact for the regional marketing action plan and budget for France
* Translate global company strategy into a localized, market-relevant marketing plan
* Develop and execute an e-commerce-first marketing strategy, ensuring the right content reaches the right audience at the right moment
* Ensure strong alignment between e-commerce initiatives and other marketing channels
Stakeholder Collaboration
* Work closely with the Regional Sales Management team in France
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple domains to support sales objectives, product launches, and regional growth priorities
Market Expertise & Campaign Execution
* Serve as the marketing expert on the French industrial market
* Monitor competitors and identify regional trends within material handling, agriculture, and construction
* Execute targeted omnichannel campaigns with a tone of voice adapted to the French B2B audience
Engagement, Events & Performance Tracking
* Organize and actively participate in French trade shows, customer events, and local sales initiatives
* Analyze, track, and report on marketing performance
* Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, customer growth, and profitability
Experience & Competences
* Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in digital marketing with a strong focus on e-commerce sales and merchandising
* Fluency in French and English
* Experience in a B2B environment; affinity with technical products or industrial sectors is a strong plus
* Strong understanding of marketing principles, tactics, and best practices
* Proven experience with marketing tools and software such as Salesforce, Selligent, Excel, and Tableau
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing metrics and performance data
* Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously
* Proactive, positive, and solution-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills and ability to provide structured feedback to stakeholders
* Willingness to travel a few times per year to meet customers and internal partners
