Join the resource revolution Job Description The Team Lead for Product Experts oversees a regional team responsible for the Air/Belt and Peeling product portfolio across EMEA. This role ensures technical excellence, consistent training delivery, and high-quality support for internal stakeholders and service teams. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership with good product and application knowledge, enabling the team to provide best-in-class technical back-office support and technical development services. This is a hybrid role based in our Leuven office. Key responsibilities: Team Leadership & Development: Empower and mentor experts for performance and growth. Set goals, KPIs, and priorities aligned with strategy. Build collaborative, customer-focused team culture. Optimize resources and workloads. Technical Back-Office Support Oversee support for Air/Belt and Peeling portfolio. Handle escalations, analysis, and documentation. Collaborate on issues, insights, and best practices for uptime. Cross-Functional Collaboration Deliver training and learning paths for teams/partners. Support certifications and skill evaluations. Continuous Improvement Enhance processes, tools, and standardization. Provide insights for portfolio strategy. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Food Technology or related field (Master's is a plus). Experience in product or technical roles, ideally within a service organisation for industrial equipment. Leadership experience with the ability to guide and develop technical teams. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle technical challenges. Customer-focused approach and commitment to service quality. Very good English and Dutch skills; French or German is an advantage. Experience with ERP/CRM systems (preferably D365). Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 30%.
