Description
You will be responsible for the following:
Establishing and maintaining close relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and handling their requests;
Independently managing insurance portfolios, including private and professional contracts;
Communicating daily with various insurance companies to negotiate and supervise the necessary management actions;
Ensuring rigorous administrative follow-up of requests in the BRIO management tool, while meeting deadlines and underwriting standards.
This role requires excellent communication and management skills, as well as the ability to work independently while ensuring high-quality customer service.
Profile
The Ideal Candidate
Must have a PCP certificate;
Has significant experience in a brokerage office or insurance company, having acquired several years of practice in this field;
Has a good knowledge of BRIO software and standard office applications;
Has a perfect command of French; knowledge of Dutch is an additional asset;
Demonstrates personal qualities such as enthusiasm, empathy, organization, rigor, and autonomy, while also being a good team player with a remarkable ability to identify and analyze customer needs.
