Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Junior Bid Manager, you’ll play a key role in identifying, preparing, and managing responses to international tenders. You will support the growth of our project portfolio and strengthen our client and partner relationships.
Commercial Activities
1. Research project background information and conduct market analyses
2. Assist in the preparation of technical and financial proposals
3. Support the production and formatting of high-quality bid documentation
4. Help identify and liaise with external consultants and freelance experts
5. Prepare and format CVs and administrative compliance documents
6. Assist in managing and developing strategic partnerships
Reporting & Coordination
7. Maintain and update commercial reports and tender tracking systems
8. Organize and manage internal bid documentation libraries and databases
9. Participate in technical meetings and internal knowledge-sharing events
10. Ensure thorough document quality checks before submission to clients
YOUR PROFILE
Language Skills
11. Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken)
12. Knowledge of an additional language is a strong asset
Education & Sector Knowledge
13. Academic background related to any of the following sectors:
Water/Wastewater, Solid Waste, Roads, Railways, Energy, Environment, or Urban Development
14. or Higher education in international development cooperation is a plus
Technical Skills
15. Strong analytical and writing abilities
16. Proficiency in IT tool, minimum at Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
