Overview

Responsibilities
* Build and manage complex marketing workflows in Adobe Campaign Classic to automate customer journeys and marketing processes.
* Configure and execute campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
* Regularly audit and refine marketing workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and improve overall campaign performance.
* Implement best practices in workflow design to streamline processes and facilitate maintenance.
* Utilize Customer Data Platform and ACC to segment audiences effectively, ensuring personalized and targeted messaging.
* Support and contribute to audience creation, segmentation, and targeting strategies.
* Collaborate with data and CDP teams to leverage new data sources for more relevant customer experiences.
* Help evolve BRP’s personalization capabilities across lifecycle communications.
* Orchestrate campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, and push notifications, ensuring a cohesive customer experience.
* Monitor and optimize channel performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet KPIs.
* Monitor active campaigns and performance.
* Assist project teams in testing new implementations.
* Provide support and technical assistance as needed.
* Participate in incident resolution and documentation.
* Contribute to the evolution of a test-and-learn culture (e.g., experimentation, A/B testing).
* Stay current on CRM, MarTech, and CX trends and proactively share ideas to improve customer engagement practices.
* Develop, document, and share internal best practices to enhance campaign performance.
* Elevate marketing competencies through an active and informed global marketing community.
* Participate in workshops and training aligned with the vision.
* Support initiatives to develop and propel a unique and engaging CRM culture globally.
Qualifications
* Intermediate to advanced English communication skills (spoken & written).
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in marketing automation, with a focus on Adobe Campaign Classic, including workflow development and campaign execution.
* Experience with Customer Data Platforms and multi-channel campaign management.
* Strong understanding of CRM systems and data integration techniques.
* Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email template customization.
* Experience with analytics tools for performance tracking and reporting.
* Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Experience with additional marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
* Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN‑SPAM) and best practices.
