The mission focuses on ensuring the stability, quality and operational continuity of the full technical chain supporting BPMN modelling activities. This includes the integration and interaction between modelling tools (Sparx Enterprise Architect, PCS, WebEA), data sources (SQL BPMN repositories, InfoProc / InfoServ), automation pipelines, associated Azure services, and transformation environments.The role supports Enterprise Architecture activities and BPMN experts, without people management responsibilities. The consultant acts as a technical reference point, expert in troubleshooting, and guarantor of service continuity.Key ResponsibilitiesBPMN Platform Operations & MaintenanceEnsure availability and stability of: Sparx Enterprise Architect, PCS PRO, WebEA, BPMN SQL repositoriesMonitor and maintain synchronisation, import and update scripts for BPMN models and metadata.Diagnose and resolve incidents impacting modelling processes, application servers, database access or automation pipelines.BPMN Modelling Data ManagementSupervise quality and consistency of BPMN data (InfoProc, InfoServ, Sparx extracts, exports, business files).Ensure availability of modelling files for BPMN experts, Process Owners and modelling stakeholders.Support maintenance and adjustment of import, extraction and data preparation tools for: WebEA, Generated documentationFactory Integration & Technical InfrastructureSet up, stabilise and maintain enterprise repository reporting.Support BPMN experts during: Modelling activities, Quality controls, Impact analyses, Structural correctionsEnsure consistency of technical environments for: As-Is / To-Be modelling, Quality improvement initiativesProvide expert-level support during workshops, validations, cross-domain analyses and transformation projects impacting processes.BPMN Technical Quality & GovernanceContribute to structuring decisions (ProM, SeM, Parcours, naming conventions, groupings).Verify technical conformity of BPMN models with internal standards and conventions.Contribute to continuous improvement of: Internal console, Scripts, Repositories, Governance artefactsBPMN Factory EvolutionParticipate in Factory evolution workshops (automation, structuring, integrations).Support improvement requests related to pipelines (deployments, scripts, Azure resources).Participate in technical alignment meetings and follow-up reviews (SLA, Factory roadmap, business/IT prioritisation).Expected DeliverablesStable and maintainable BPMN scripts, automation and technical toolsHigh-quality BPMN data (InfoProc, InfoServ, exports)Fast and effective incident resolutionTechnical documentation (procedures, runbooks, diagrams)Expert support to BPMN modelling initiatives and transversal projectsRequired Technical Skills (Must-have)Enterprise Architect / BPMN ExpertiseAdvanced mastery of: Sparx Enterprise Architect, WebEA, PCS, SQL repositories, BPMN structures (ProM / SeM / Parcours)Excellent knowledge of the Enterprise Architect Object Model.Proven experience in: EA governance at enterprise scale, Baselines, audits, import/export and repository maintenanceAbility to design and maintain custom MDGs.Strong experience with locking governance and versioning strategies (baselines vs source control). Proven experience scripting in JavaScript within EA.Proven experience designing and executing SQL queries on the EA Object Model.Ability to script BPMN database quality controls.Environments & IntegrationsStrong expertise in SQL Server.Experience with data synchronisation and pre/post-processing of BPMN data.Good understanding of interactions with: Azure Logic Apps, Azure App Services, Automated workflowsOperational Stability & TroubleshootingExcellent ability to resolve complex, multi-domain incidents (network, access, Sparx / WebEA issues). xjsrcvqStrong analytical rigor, documentation discipline and service restoration skills.Language Requirements• French: C2 (mandatory)• English: C1 (mandatory)
