At Darwind, we believe that great projects don't just need the right plan, they need the right people leading the way. We're looking for a Scrum Master with a Project Manager mindset, someone who can guide IT teams through delivery while keeping people, priorities and timelines aligned.
At Darwind, we don't fit consultants into projects, we look for the project that fits you. You'll join a community of Darwinders who value autonomy, ownership, and genuine professional growth, and who believe the best work experience should always be the next one.
What you will do
In this role, you guide cross-functional IT teams through Agile delivery while keeping a clear view on planning, scope and stakeholders. You will:
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
* Coach and support teams in applying Agile principles and continuously improving how they work.
* Identify and remove obstacles that slow down the team's progress.
* Manage project planning, scope, risks and budgets alongside the Agile process.
* Track and communicate progress, velocity and milestones to stakeholders and management.
* Act as the link between development teams, Product Owners and business stakeholders.
* Coordinate timelines and dependencies across multiple workstreams or projects.
* Support decision-making and conflict resolution within the team.
* Promote a culture of transparency, accountability and continuous improvement.
Who you are
We look beyond the CV. For us, motivation and curiosity matter just as much as the technical box-ticking, but to thrive in this role, you'll likely recognise yourself in most of the following:
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree.
* At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager or in a similar Agile delivery role within IT.
* Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and traditional project management approaches.
* Certification such as PSM, CSM or PMP is a plus.
* Experience with project and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project or similar).
* Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
* A pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset, comfortable working with both business and technical teams.
* Fluency in Dutch, with proficiency in French as an advantage.
What we offer
Competitive benefits package
* Hospitalization insurance
* Group insurance
* Meal allowance
* Your choice between a company car with EU fuel card or the federal mobility budget
Flexibility and work-life balance
* Hybrid work possibilities
* Flexible working hours
* Projects that match your skills and ambitions, not the other way around
Learning and growth
* Continuous coaching
* Technical and soft-skills training
* Room to grow across different domains and technologies
Culture
* A human, transparent and collaborative environment
* Real ownership and influence on the projects you contribute to
* A team that lives its values, initiative, authenticity and open communication, every day
