Hauptaufgaben

You will:

- Draft Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), Interservice Support Agreements, and other peacetime associated
- Draft intra/interagency and inter-governmental agreements for operational activities located throughout a broad
geographic area.
- Review and analyze agreements proposed by either the provider or the recipient of support to insure compliance with
command policy and to determine potential effect on agreements planned for broader application.
- Respond to intricate questions on reimbursement policy
- Analyze and resolve deficiencies in proposed agreements
- Act as an intermediary to resolve differences between service providers and recipients.


Qualifikationsanforderungen

AT THE BA-12

Applicant must demonstrate at least one year of experience in a closely field related to the position to be filled, and demonstrate that he/she possesses the knowledge, skills and abilities {KSA's) required for the position, as described in the KSAs section below. To be creditable, experience must have been gained at a level that is equivalent to at least the next lower grade (BA-11).

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Knowledge of the regulations, principles, methodologies and policies of DoD inter and intra service support agreement
Knowledge of Resource Management regulations, policies and procedures, to include budget formulation, manpower, and the
reimbursement concept of funding
Knowledge of the procedures and policies for obtaining BASOP support from host nation and NATO organizations to include both
training and logistics requirements.

SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION: Not applicable at this grade level

ORGANIZATION AND PLACE OF DUTY:

US Army in Belgium is an American government agency whose mission is to provide logistical and administrative support
to the US personnel at NATO and SHAPE in Belgium.

DESCRIPTION OF THE OFFER:

•Permanent contract, full-time (38 hours/week)
•Regular work schedule (Monday through Friday)
•Salary: From€ 6,475.93 gross/month at the BA-12.

REFERRAL AND SELECTION PROCEDURE:

The Civilian Human Resources Service Center (CHRSC) will review each application and will refer candidates to the
management official who will make the final selection. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for position without
regard to political, religious, or labor organization affiliation or non-affiliation, marital status, race, color, sex, national origin,
nondisqualifying physical disability, or age.

The SELECTEE will:

•Pass an English test and a medical evaluation
•Provide an extract of criminal record: " Modele 1". This document may be requested to the local resident registration office.
•Be subject to a Foreign National Screening administrated by the SHAPE Belgian Police.
