Their Belgian division focuses on "Chilled & Ambient" products, collaborating with the top 3 retailers in the region as well as smaller retailers and hard discounters. The company fosters a collaborative culture and offers employees plenty of autonomy to manage their roles effectively.
As Sales Manager, you will play a key role in the commercial development of the "Chilled & Ambient" product range across the Belux region. You will take a leading role in negotiations with major retailers, working alongside senior leadership to secure key deals.
Develop and execute promotional strategies in collaboration with the marketing team, translating these into actionable tasks for the field team.
Business planning: Build and nurture long-term professional relationships with key retail clients in the Belux region, becoming the main point of contact for your portfolio.
Master's degree: Retail experience: Strong knowledge of the retail landscape, especially within FMCG, with experience in sales, key account management, trade marketing, or category management (10 years minimum)
Bilingual: Fluent in both French and Dutch.
