Job Description
About the role: this program provides diverse assignments across different functions within our business units. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of our operations, develop strategic thinking, and enhance your business acumen. Through significant projects and mentorship, you will be equipped to take on key roles in our organization and contribute to our growth and success. This program is ideal for those looking to build a versatile career in a dynamic and innovative environment.
What we offer: embark on a 2 year journey starting in September 2026 and gain experience by actively participating in projects across departments such as marketing, communication, supply chain and sales. You will be coached and mentored by seasoned professionals within the company, receiving expert and personalized guidance and support throughout your journey. Qualifications
Ideal profile: you have recently graduated (or will graduate in June 2026) in Economical engineering (or related fields). You demonstrate a drive for initiative, robust problem-solving skills, and talent for effective communication and teamwork. Adaptability to diverse projects and locations (in EU) is crucial, along with proficiency in English; fluency in Dutch and French is a bonus.
