FINEO is the newest type of insulated glass. With its unique vacuum technology, FINEO is one of the lightest insulated glass panels in the world while providing the performance of standard triple-glazed insulated glass. It is light-weight, allows better light transmission and better acoustic performance than most traditional insulated glass systems. FINEO only consists of glass so there is no need for spacers and can be incorporated into any glazing application.

Your Mission:
As a Business Analyst Intern, your mission will be to conduct an in-depth analysis of our current sales processes, define target processes, and propose improvements from both an organizational and technological perspective. You will be a key player in the selection and preparation for the implementation of a CRM tool (Customer Relationship Management) for the FINEO team.
Your Responsibilities and Tasks:
Your role will revolve around the following activities:
* Needs Analysis:
Conduct interviews with the AGC FINEO sales team and its partners to understand and map in detail the existing sales processes.
* Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with the AGC IT team to align business needs with technical capabilities and group standards.
* Formalization and Optimization:
Document and formalize the target sales processes, identifying optimization opportunities for the FINEO team.
* Market Research:
Conduct an in-depth benchmark of CRM tools available on the market to evaluate the most relevant solutions for our business.
* Specification Drafting:
Develop a structured proposal and a detailed specifications document for a sales tracking tool to manage leads (customer requests), distributor requests, and the evolution of sales opportunities.
* Deployment Support:
Actively contribute to the implementation phase by helping to define the deployment roadmap and preparing training for future users.
Qualifications :
* Bachelor or Master studies ongoing in business engineering, economics, finance, IT or related fields.
* Basic understanding of industrial activities and interest in business analyses.
* You are analytical, attentive to details but also able to have a helicopter view.
* You are a team player.
* Proficient in English (min B1) and French, capable of communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* You have a good command of MS Office (Excel advanced); Power BI and SAP are a plus.
* Knowledge of a CRM tool is an asset.
