Role Summary
At Pixie (part of Kube Group), we are looking for a Senior Business Change Consultant to support a large-scale digital transformation program.
This role focuses on defining and driving the change management strategy for the implementation of an integrated ERP-based platform, aimed at digitising business processes and asset registries.
Success in this position means ensuring strong adoption of new systems and processes across the organisation, effectively managing stakeholder engagement, and enabling a smooth transition through clear communication, training, and change initiatives. This role is key in supporting business teams throughout the transformation and ensuring long-term sustainability of the new operating model.
Responsibilities
* Define and implement a global change management strategy
* Manage communication plans (internal and external), training programs, and adoption initiatives
* Identify key stakeholders and drive engagement across the organisation
* Anticipate and manage resistance to change
* Develop tailored content and materials to support business teams
* Support the transformation of processes, methodologies, and tools
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation
Qualifications
* Strong experience in change management within IT and ERP transformation programs
* Proven ability to define and execute structured change strategies
* Experience working with multiple stakeholders in complex environments
* Solid understanding of project management methodologies and phases
* Experience in public sector or large organisations is a plus
* Exposure to ERP environments (e.g., Odoo) is a plus
* Fluency in French (near-native) is mandatory; English is a plus
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to influence and coach without hierarchical authority
