We are looking for a motivated Global PMO Admin to join an international implementation team for a high-profile airline project. As a key member of the Project Management Office, you’ll support the Program Manager and ensure projects run smoothly from planning to execution.
What You’ll Do:
* Project Coordination: Assist Project Managers, maintain timelines, track tasks, schedule meetings, and prepare minutes.
* Communication & Collaboration: Connect teams, share updates, and facilitate smooth cross-functional cooperation.
* Documentation & Reporting: Keep project documents up to date, prepare presentations, and generate status reports.
* Issue & Risk Resolution: Spot potential risks, escalate when needed, and help solve project challenges.

Your Experience & Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Communication, Marketing, Languages, or similar
Proficient with O365, Teams, SharePoint, and project management tools
Fluent in English
Bonus Points:
Aviation experience (Airlines, MRO, CAMO, etc.)
Familiarity with AMOS or Trax
Prince2 certification or equivalent
Experience with JIRA/Qtest
