* Main goal of this role is to drive incremental improvements in efficiency within teams using lean methodology on site.
* You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring employees to develop their skills and abilities.
* Initiate and govern local projects focused on delivering plant improvement through effective change management.
* Ensure small project governance and manage and lead plant improvement projects at site level.
* Drive CI culture in Service Center.
* Manage authority / decision making working autonomously with required level of Plant manager support.

* Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing (or similar) environment.
