The assignment
April - May - June 2026
* Set up the new website of the Belgian AI Factory Antenna
* Upgrade the FAIR website to the new backend system, restyle, reshape
* Organisation of the FAIR Internal Research Day on May 12 (250-300 people): practical organisation, arrangements for venue, catering, registrations, on site organisation of the event
Mid August - September 2026
* Organise launch event of the Belgian AI Factory Antenna
* Other needs may pop up when the BE-AIFA is launched
Required knowledge and skills
* You have experience in organizing (technology) events of 200-300 people
* You have experience in websites for technological (funded) projects/programs, targeting primarily the AI ecosystem in Flanders and Belgium
* Your organizational skills are on point; you take initiative, you can plan and execute tasks in autonomous way, and adapt flexibly to changes. You call in help where needed.
* Fluent in English and Dutch
