Omnichannel Marketing Intern (Archetype 2/3 - Ireland, Belux, Switzerland, Austria, Portugal)

As we work towards elevating our customer and patient experience through Omnichannel engagement, we are seeking an intern to contribute to the development of our Omnichannel Hub in close collaboration with our team in Belgium.
About the role
As part of the Omnichannel Team in Belgium, you will have the opportunity to work on challenges within Omnichannel marketing. How to best approach our customers? What content and channels do different customers prefer in different markets?
1. This is an unpaid internship and must be part of your curriculum. (Please note that this job offer does not include a Pfizer employment contract.)
2. The internship duration should be at least 6 months or more.
3. We prefer students who are already based in Brussels (or proximity), as we do not cover relocation costs.
Main responsibilities
4. Learn how to develop a Roadmap for dedicated Omnichannel capabilities and/or key Pfizer channels with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
5. Provide hands-on support to the local Omnichannel teams on Omnichannel project management and execution.
6. Collaborate with cross-country Omnichannel teams on various products across different Lifecycle stages to gain a broad overview of the commercialization phase of a drug. You will get acquainted with the omnichannel operations across all our therapeutic areas, namely oncology, primary care and specialty care.
7. Contribute to the scaling and activation of communication materials for HCPs to improve patient care.
8. You can play an active role in the development of a project depending on the needs and specific availability (to be determined at that time and, if applicable, would there be a topic for your thesis to be investigated).
9. You will have access to ample amounts of HCP engagement data across Pfizer’s digital channels and will be able to help the teams in campaign optimization efforts by analysing engagement and defining optimization opportunities.
About you
10. Currently pursuing a Bachelor or master's degree in management with a specialization in Marketing/Digital marketing.
11. Experience or education in Pharmaceutical Marketing or Science or any other related field is a plus but not necessary.
12. Strong interpersonal skills and intercultural mindset to connect with diverse types of stakeholders; team player.
13. Result-oriented: balancing ambitious vision with a “get things done” approach and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
