Key Responsibilities
* Product Lifecycle Ownership: Oversee the full lifecycle of asset management applications, driving continuous improvement and ensuring service delivery aligns with defined SLAs.
* Budget & Vendor Oversight: Manage the products financials, including budgeting, contract negotiation, vendor performance, and risk mitigation.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, aligning product capabilities with business goals and managing change effectively.
* Strategic Implementation: Contribute to product vision and strategic planning. Build business cases, shape roadmaps, and deliver value through structured project execution and team coordination.
* Project & Team Leadership: Lead cross functional teams, encouraging collaboration and promoting knowledge sharing within and beyond the department.
* Contract & SLA Management: Administer contracts and service level agreements to ensure compliance with business needs, regularly reviewing and optimizing terms.
Required Experience and Skills
* Masters degree or equivalent practical experience.
* Minimum of 5 years in a senior product management role, preferably within an industrial or asset intensive environment.
* Hands on experience with IBM Maximo and familiarity with ISO 55000 standards.
* Strong customer oriented mindset with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels both technically and strategically.
* Proficiency in Dutch or French, with excellent command of English.
* Demonstrated success in leading change initiatives and managing teams.
* Excellent organizational, negotiation, and independent project leadership skills.

* Experience managing diverse or cross functional teams.
* Ability to inspire, coach, and mentor colleagues within the asset management domain.
