As a Business Consultant dedicated to our Adfinity solution, your mission is to coordinate the functional implementation of our solution at our clients. This involves meticulously configuring settings to ensure a perfect fit with each client's specific needs. At the core of your role is active listening and a deep understanding of each client's ecosystem, as no client is identical.
Unlike long-term management of a single client, your sphere of influence extends to a multitude of clients and projects simultaneously. Diversity is the key to your daily routine, with over 1000 clients operating in various sectors such as healthcare, construction, and many others.

Following an in-depth training provided by our most qualified experts, you will gain comprehensive expertise in the operation of our Adfinity application. Your responsibilities will include:
* Actively participating in the implementation of our Adfinity solution at our clients
* Configuring the tool to ensure optimal alignment with the specific needs of each client
* Analyzing and assessing client requirements for specific requests, ensuring the proposal of suitable solutions
* Independently managing your schedule and a portfolio of around ten clients simultaneously
* Building strong relationships with our clients by providing insightful professional advice
* Conducting standard training sessions for clients on the optimal use of the solution
* Providing weekly project updates, overseen by a Project Manager, to ensure the progress and success of initiatives
Must-have:
* Master's degree, preferably in management
* Affinity for IT: Interest or prior experience in the field of information technology
* Ability to think outside the box and take initiatives: Proactive and creative, capable of finding innovative solutions and taking initiatives without fear of breaking conventional patterns
* Strong interpersonal skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members, demonstrating clear and effective communication
* Natural inclination towards customer service and enjoyment of direct customer interaction
* Willingness to travel to clients 2 to 3 days per week: Ready to travel regularly to interact directly with clients
* Swiss Army knife mentality and a passion for multiproject management: Possess versatility to adapt to various tasks and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Team player: Work effectively within a team, promote collaboration, and contribute positively to the collective work environment.
* Maximum 2 years of experience: Experience limit to ensure a fresh and innovative perspective
Nice-to-have:
* Comfort in business discussions: Excel in business interactions, whether during negotiations, presentations, or discussions with clients
* Ability to identify unforeseen opportunities: Develop a keen sense for identifying unforeseen opportunities and exploring new avenues
* Good knowledge of SQL: Have a deep understanding of the SQL language to manipulate and query databases
* Proficiency in Dutch and English: Comfortable in at least one language in addition to French; knowledge of Dutch and English would be an asset
* Limited experience in a similar role: Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous but is not mandatory
