As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be deployed on-site (and in hybrid mode as applicable) at our client to lead IT Operations (RUN) while executing digital transformation initiatives. You will align with the Digital Transformation Program Director on strategy and drive operational excellence, vendor management, project execution, and public procurement participation—fulfilling all responsibilities described below under Keystone Solutions' consultancy model.
Consultancy Model at Keystone Solutions:
Under Keystone Solutions' consultancy framework, you will operate as a trusted advisor embedded with the client's teams. You will work primarily on-site at the client location (with hybrid possibilities when applicable), coordinating with internal stakeholders, external providers, and business departments. You will execute all activities listed in this description as a Keystone Solutions consultant, ensuring delivery quality, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement in line with our consulting standards.
Context:
As part of its digital transformation and the evolution of its IT landscape, the client is strengthening its IT organization to guarantee reliability, performance, and control of its digital services.
The IT environment is characterized by:
* a growing complexity of systems and applications
* the presence of multiple external technology suppliers and partners
* high requirements in availability, security, and service quality
* the need to further structure IT operations, processes, and related governance
* the progressive implementation of a digital transformation roadmap
Governance of this transformation is ensured by the Digital Director, acting as the Digital Transformation Program Director, responsible for defining the digital strategy and structuring transformation programs.
In this context, the client seeks an experienced IT Manager capable of defining strategy with leadership, developing the IT service organization, building a Target Operating Model (TOM), and taking charge of operational IT management while ensuring the execution of initiatives arising from digital transformation.
The role combines operational and transformational leadership, supplier management, project execution, participation in IT public procurements, and close collaboration with digital transformation leadership.
Governance and Collaboration Model:
As IT Manager, you will report to the Digital Transformation Program Director while participating in the management committee (ManCo).
