Your responsibilities ?
6. Manage and optimize HR processes (recruitment, talent development, vision & company culture,…) & translate HR projects at the organizational level into concrete, tailor-made initiatives
7. Act as the first point of contact for Business unit managers to understand their needs and fill in the gap
8. You take an active role in social consultation moments and maintain constructive relationships with trade unions.
9. Build relationships across multiple offices and divisions, traveling between sites.
Profile sought after ?
10. 10+ years of experience in HR BP position and expertise in labour unions discussions
11. Experience in technical/construction related profiles is a plus
12. Bilingual french/dutch + good knowledge of english
13. Well spoken & calm, with a nurturing spirit to care of employees and their paths
14. Flexible and willing to travel between several offices
