We’re hiring: Customer Service Representative – Battice, Belgium
About the role
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic Customer Service Team! You’ll be the vital link between our customers, sales team, internal departments, and logistics partners—helping ensure smooth operations and outstanding customer satisfaction.
Based in Battice, Belgium, right next to our manufacturing site, you’ll be part of a team of four, making a real impact every day.
What you will do
* Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery
* Verify shipments, pricing, and order details for correctness
* Maintain proactive, professional communication with customers, resolving questions and issues
* Coordinate with internal teams (sales, planning, logistics)
* Record customer feedback and follow up on recurring issues to drive continuous improvement
* Support invoice verification and prepare customer reports to aid business operations
What we are looking for
We’re searching for an organized, open-minded, and customer-focused professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
You bring:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
* Experience in customer service, ideally in an industrial or international environment
* Fluency in English and French; German is a strong asset
* Good IT skills, including SAP
* Strong understanding of business processes and a sense of urgency
* Calm, positive, and solution-oriented mindset under pressure
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Enjoyment of teamwork and collaboration
