Your primary accountabilities:
1. Optimize Maintenance and Reliability processes & technologies to increase productivity
2. Coach continuous improvement mindset within the Maintenance department, and other departments by detecting, initiating & securing improvement opportunities
3. Support and coach the continuous improvement program T4T
4. Encourage knowledge transfer and knowledge sharing on Maintenance and Reliability methods, procedures & best practices
5. Optimizing work preparation within the Maintenance department
6. Allocate resources (6 Maintenance Leads) to revisions, projects & troubleshooting.
7. Co-responsible for preparation and follow-up of Maintenance budget
8. Negotiating and adjusting service contracts to support the Maintenance department
9. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the maintenance budget and spare parts warehouse.
10. Ensuring correct and effective communication between the Maintenance department & other departments
The requested qualifications for this job include:
11. You have a technical bachelor’s degree or equal by experience (> 5 years)
12. You have excellent analytical, planning & organizing skills
13. You are a strong communicator & presenting skills – both to frontline as to senior level
14. You are fluent in Dutch and English
15. You are computer literate
16. You are good at decision making, are innovative & a conceptual thinker
