Team/division description
Our Team: Regional Depot Operations department (13 depots across Europe + 1 Depot transformation team in Belgium).
Our essence: Our teams are accountable to deliver the right product (=Parts or information) at the right time through lean integrated logistics, exceeding customer & stakeholder expectations with engaged members realising a sustainable future.
You will be a part of depot transformation team in Belgium, our missionis to secure optimum capacity & enhance safety, quality, efficiency in our operations at all our regional depots through implementation of best practices, standardization of process/tools.
Your project
1. We want to create a system to facilitate standardization of operational/storage process & equipment’s at all our regional depot’s. You will play a key role in translating best practices into operational reality through detailed planning, consensus-building (nemawashi), and collaborative execution.
Your main responsibility will be to:
2. Grasp the current situation of various processes/equipment’s used at each depot, by stakeholder mapping and supporting the facilitation of discussions to gather input and build alignment on best practices.
3. Document identified best practices in a standard informative format.
4. Develop structure for document management & best practice sharing among depot’s by using system tools (Ex: MS Office Share point).
5. Clear communication and build consensus with depot management, to use new standardization structure for yokoten of best practices at all depots.
6. Lead rollout of best practice frameworks across RDO’s and develop KPI’s to monitor implementation.
7. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Your Profile
8. You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
9. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree
10. Good organisational skills combined with a strong attention to detail
11. Proficient in Office 365 ( Excel, Access, PPT, Share point)
12. Strong background in Logistics process
13. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
