Quality Engineer

* You coordinate and resolve complex quality issues within Utilities and Supporting Systems.
* You maintain and improve quality standards through monitoring of
KPIs and QPRs
.
* You investigate
QARs
and drive improvements in
data integrity
.
* You organize, update, and maintain
SOPs and work instructions
in line with cGMP and pharmaceutical guidelines.
* You support audit preparations and represent the department during internal and external audits.
* You support and guide
validation activities
for utility and supporting systems.
* You collaborate closely with
Engineering, Utilities, HVAC, and PTS teams
.
Additionally, you will proactively identify training needs and deliver
quality-related training
to technicians, engineers, and supervisors, ensuring everyone is equipped with the necessary knowledge of GMP, quality, and data integrity topics.
What are we looking for?
* You hold a
Master's degree in Engineering or Science
.
* You have a minimum of
3 years of industrial experience
in pharmaceutical, chemical, or food manufacturing.
* You possess a strong quality mindset with solid knowledge of
GMP, SOPs, and pharmaceutical guidelines
.
* You are structured, organized, and able to communicate effectively across disciplines.
* You are fluent in
Dutch and English
; knowledge of
French and/or German
is a plus.
* You have experience with
utilities, HVAC, calibration, or supporting systems
, which is an advantage.
