They will be opening their first flagship Social Wellness & Performance Center™ (This new center is set to become a global reference and the most innovate high-end health & wellness destination worldwide) in Q2 of 2024 and are looking for an ambitious and passionate GM who can grow with them as they then expand abroad across other European capitals.
Job Summary:
1. We are seeking a dynamic and innovative General Manager to lead a state-of-the-art lifestyle hub offering an exciting and vibrant destination for their guests.
2. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the club, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and effective daily operations.
3. Looking for a trendsetting leader who brings experience from the hospitality/hotel industry and is passionate about delivering excellence in the fitness and lifestyle sector.
Key Responsibilities:
4. Lead daily operations and oversee all aspects including development and implement of effective operation procedures and policies.
5. Manage budgets, revenue and P/L.
6. Recruit, motivate and lead a high-performing team. Fostering a positive work culture, encouraging teamwork and passion for the company's vision.
7. Prioritize exceptional guest experiences & satisfaction and develop strong relations.
8. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Profile:
9. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
10. Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in the hospitality/hotel industry.
11. Proven track record of successfully managing operations and achieving customers’ expectations.
12. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
13. Trendy and forward-thinking mindset with a passion for health and wellness.
14. Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
15. Very good level of English & French.
