Your Responsibilities:
* Sell company products and services to assigned customers in your sales territory.
* Develop and secure new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase potential sales.
* Consult with customers to find the best solutions from our portfolio.
* Collaborate with purchasing and engineering departments on projects and designs.
* Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to support end-customers' technical and commercial needs.
* Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and new concepts.
* Work closely with internal resources to drive business growth.
Profile Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Several years of sales experience in the electronic component industry.
* A professional education in a relevant field.
* Strong analytical and sales skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* In-depth knowledge of our products, services, and value proposition, with a willingness to learn about future focus areas.
* Proficiency in English, Dutch, and French, as well as good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
* A valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
