The OpportunityAs an M&A Tax Senior Manager, you will manage key client relationships, oversee the delivery of tax aspects on significant domestic and international transactions, and contribute to business development initiatives. Working closely with Directors, Partners, and colleagues across corporate finance, private equity, and legal teams, you will deliver comprehensive, commercially focused solutions to a diverse client base. This role offers exposure to headline deals, clear progression opportunities, and the chance to help shape the practice's future success.Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver tax structuring and advisory work on complex M&A transactions across Europe. Advise multinational corporations, private equity funds, and investors on deal structuring, due diligence, and post-deal integration. Manage client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on M&A tax matters. Support business development by identifying opportunities with new and existing clients. Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring delivery to the highest technical standards. Collaborate across corporate finance, legal, and international tax teams to provide integrated solutions. About You Professional qualification in tax, law, or accounting (e.G., ACA, CTA, CPA). Significant experience in M&A tax gained within a Big 4, top-tier advisory, or major law firm. Strong technical expertise in M&A tax structuring, due diligence, and cross-border transactions. Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships at a senior level. Commercial awareness and an interest in developing business.
