Job Description
We are seeking two Business Analysts to join our Global Business Operations (GBO) team as part of a global MES project for computer-assisted vaccine production. These roles range from mid-level to senior, with one position focused more on continuous improvement projects alongside recurring tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, configure, and deploy MES solutions using Siemens OpCenter Execution Pharma.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (automation, IT, QA, production) to gather requirements and deliver tailored MES functionalities.
* Provide support for daily team operations.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within MES processes.
* Collaborate on design and optimization of batch records using Siemens OpCenter Pharma.
* Assess business impact of issues related to pharmaceutical processes and batch records.
* Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Profile
* Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
* As from 3 years of experience in MES implementation, preferably with Siemens OpCenter.
* Strong knowledge of Siemens Opcenter Pharma (formerly SIMATIC IT eBR).
* Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
* Hands-on experience with Siemens MES, including batch record design (comfortable, not necessarily expert level).
* Ability to evaluate business impact of technical issues.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
