Job Title: Inside Sales Engineer
Location: Belgium (Hybrid)
Overview:
A leading international manufacturer of valves and accessories for water, gas, and industrial applications is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to join its customer service team. The role involves translating client needs into technical solutions and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle pricing requests and process orders
* Maintain and grow existing client accounts
* Collaborate with internal teams across departments
* Provide regular reporting and help shape sales strategy
Requirements:
* Background in a technical or commercial field (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
* Experience in B2B sales
* Strong communication in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
* Passion for technology and customer service
* Comfortable with phone communication and teamwork
