We are looking for a profile that wants to build real expertise in market access, not generalist consulting experience. This role requires a strong ability to work with complex scientific and policy content on a daily basis.
We are looking for
* Master’s degree graduates or professionals at the start of their career, with a solid academic background in life sciences and/or pharma
* Fluency in Dutch or French is important due to the local reimbursement context
* Strong interest in healthcare systems and patient access
You will work in a small team with direct exposure to senior experts and client interactions, on projects that truly make a difference for patients.

Your role
As a Market Access Associate Consultant, you will contribute to dossiers with direct impact on patient access to innovative treatments.
Your work will include:
* Writing Pricing & Reimbursement dossiers, including their scientific and methodological backbone
* Translating clinical and scientific evidence into policy-relevant argumentation
* Supporting and following the reimbursement process from pre-submission to final decision
* Contributing to health policy analysis and market intelligence
* Drafting analytical reports and strategic documents for clients
You will work closely with senior consultants and international clients, mainly innovative biotech and pharmaceutical companies

Your profile
Education & experience
* Master’s degree in a scientific field (e.g. Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Bioengineering, MD…)
* First experience (including internships) in market access, medical or regulatory affairs is a clear plus, but not required
Core capabilities
* Strong analytical thinking and structured reasoning
* Ability to translate complex scientific information into clear, concise arguments
* High level of precision and attention to detail
* Comfortable working on multiple dossiers in parallel
Languages
* Fluency in Dutch or French is important due to the local reimbursement context
* Very good professional English (written and spoken)
* Good knowledge of the second national language is a clear asset
