Overview of the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Management Auditor with 7 to 10 years of experience in automotive quality management. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in ISO IATF 16949 Quality System Audits and VDA 6.3 Process Audits. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our suppliers meet the highest quality standards. Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Your Responsibilities
* Supplier Selection Audit Management :
o Create and manage audit plans
o Organize on-site and remote audits
o Conduct audits using ISO IATF and VDA 6.3 methodologies
* Documentation and Monitoring :
o Collaborate with the commodity purchase department
o Document and monitor potential suppliers
o Prepare audit reports
* Efficiency and Optimization :
o Plan audits geographically to optimize time and cost efficiency
o Consider supplier availability, audit preparation, and reporting processes
Your Profile
* Education : Engineering degree
* Experience :
o Automotive quality management expertise
o Audit experience
o Project management (an asset)
* Skills :
o High standard of integrity and ethics
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
o Analytical thinking, initiative, problem-solving, and decision-making
o Team spirit and ability to work independently
