Mission description
* Execute various technical operations 24/7 and be the point of contact in case of IT problems (as 2nd line of support) to ensure the daily functioning of the Bank's infrastructure system and applications for users internal and / or external concerned.
* Perform maintenance and test operations by following the procedures and the schedule in order to participate in the validation and availability of systems and / or functionalities developed by other collaborators.
* Take stock of the various IT problems encountered during his work schedule to his peers and propose concrete solutions to them in order to improve existing procedures and documentation relating to IT problems.
* Keep constantly informed of changes and developments in its field and develop knowledge related to the activities of its entity in order to strengthen its credibility through a service that is constantly based on updated knowledge.
* Receive external technicians, validate their access, escort them to the appropriate areas within the Bank and verify that their intervention is completed in order to guarantee their easy movement and compliance with security measures as well as ensure that the work requested is strictly carried out.
* Provide support to users, in particular on the basis of the available documentation and transfer requests to a 3rd line in the event of questions that are beyond its scope in order to offer a fast and friendly service responding to ICT questions and problems of users.
Information complexity
The function requires the analysis and integration of information as well as the design of alternatives to solve IT problems. The incumbent must be able to critically study the information, form an opinion on the available information and be able to draw conclusions in order to provide the best solution. The incumbent must be familiar with the processes and documentation available, have a broad practical knowledge in the IT field as well as the infrastructures and applications in order to assist users.
Degree of innovation
The function is focused on the continuous improvement of existing services, procedures, products and methods. Some experience may be required to make this improvement a reality.

AM (Weekdays) from 05h45 - 06h15 to 13h00 - 13h30
PM (Weekdays) from 13h00 - 13h30 to 20h15 - 20h45
AM (Sat/Sun) from 05h45 - 06h15 to 13h00 - 13h30
PM (Sat/Sun) from 13h00 - 13h30 to 20h15 - 20h45
Day (Weekdays) from 07h45 - 09h45 to 15h45 - 17h45
Day (Sat/Sun) from 08h15 - 08h45 to 16h15 - 16h45
Night (Sunday) from 22h30 - 23h00 to 05h45 - 06h15

Assistance to systems modifications, changes and/or support that are executed outside normal working hours or during weekends and holiday periods may be possible.
155 service days a year when all shifts are staffed.
2 weeks off after each Night Shift service - 30 holiday days must be taken a year.
Work location
Remote working is not yet permitted but the situation may change in the following months.
