Team Lead MS Dynamics 365
As the first Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) team member, you will play a pivotal role in building our Microsoft Dynamics practice from the ground up.
Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE implementations (Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service) from initial requirements gathering and design through configuration, customization, data migration, testing, and go-live support. Ensure solutions are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
* Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions. Conduct workshops, build proof-of-concepts, and provide expert advice on best practices for CRM workflows and integrations.
* Take charge of presales activities, drawing on your expertise to win new projects. Craft proposals, prepare demos and presentations, estimate project scopes, and convincingly showcase the value of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform capabilities to prospective customers.
* Collaborate and integrate with other technical teams to ensure Dynamics 365 works seamlessly within a client’s application landscape. Design integrations with other systems (ERP, websites, etc.) using tools like Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, or third‑party integration tools.
* Establish standards and best practices for our new Dynamics team. Define methodologies, governance, and quality standards to deliver high‑quality solutions consistently.
* Mentor and lead new team members. Enable training, coordinate work, foster a positive team environment, and manage the Dynamics CE team as it grows.
* Stay up-to-date on the latest features and updates in the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem and proactively apply this knowledge to keep our offerings innovative.

Your profile
* Strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, with at least 5‑7 years of hands‑on experience implementing CRM solutions.
* Led multiple large Dynamics 365 implementations successfully, delivering complex projects in a consulting or integrator environment.
* Experience in presales and customer‑facing engagements. Comfortable running discovery sessions, preparing demos or prototypes, and convincingly articulating the business value of proposed solutions.
* Excellent people and communication skills. Capable of managing stakeholders at all levels, building trustful relationships, and mentoring junior consultants.
* Solution architect mindset – able to design end‑to‑end solutions that consider process, functionality, and technical integration.
* Proficiency in related Microsoft technologies: Power Platform, Azure services, SQL, reporting, migration tools.
* Familiar with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum or hybrid). Skilled with Azure DevOps or Jira for tracking progress.
* Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (e.g. MB‑230, MB‑240, MB‑280) is a plus. Microsoft Power Platform or Azure certifications also valued.
* Passionate about the Dynamics 365 ecosystem and keep up with the latest innovations.
* Fluency in Dutch and/or French native speaker, fluent in English.
