We are recruiting an Engineering Program Manager to join a leading Pharmaceutical company in the Walloon Region, Belgium. As the Engineering Program Manager you will oversee the strategic planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple engineering projects that support business objectives and ensure compliance with global standards.
This is an initial 12 month mission with likely extension and the available rate is 640-720 per day.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Your duties as the Engineering Program Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. As the Engineering Program Manager you will oversee the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of multiple engineering projects aligned with organizational goals.
2. As the Engineering Program Manager you will lead and manage project managers and cross-functional teams, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure successful program delivery.
3. As the Engineering Program Manager you will coordinate activities across projects, managing dependencies, risks, and resources to optimize overall program performance.
4. As the Engineering Program Manager you will act as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, including senior management, external partners, and technical teams.
5. As the Engineering Program Manager you will ensure all projects comply with relevant regulatory and organizational standards (GxP, GMP, GLP, safety, green practices).
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Engineering Program Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. A Degree or higher level in engineering, project management, or a related technical field.
2. Proven experience of at least 5 to 10 years in engineering program and project management within highly regulated environments such as pharma or laboratory settings.
3. Extensive knowledge of managing complex, multi-project programs with compliance to GxP, GMP, or GLP standards.
