Functieomschrijving: The challenge awaiting you The Campaign & Performance Marketer is a data-driven marketer responsible for setting up, executing, and optimizing multichannel campaigns with the primary goal of generating high-quality SQL leads for Sales in the Netherlands and Belgium. This role combines strong operational execution with analytical expertise to accelerate growth, reduce costs, and continuously optimize performance based on data insights. Key Tasks & Responsibilities 1. Data-driven campaign strategy Develop an integrated campaign plan based on historical data, target audience analysis and funnel insights. Determine the right channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, display, email, remarketing) based on performance, segmentation and cost efficiency. Define clear KPIs and forecasting for leads, CPL and conversion rates. 2. Campaign execution & optimization Set up, manage and optimize SEA, social ads, email and remarketing campaigns. Conduct systematic A/B testing (targeting, creatives, bidding, landing pages). Continuously improve campaigns by analyzing real-time data (CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, SQL rate). Actively manage budgets based on performance, ROAS and audience response. 3. Analysis & reporting Set up and manage dashboards (e.g. GA4, Looker, CRM reports). Conduct in-depth analysis of conversion paths and funnel bottlenecks (traffic ? MQL ? SQL). Present insights, learnings and concrete optimization actions to sales and management. Evaluate database quality and lead flow performance. 4. Lead generation & funnel ownership Optimize the lead funnel : targeting, ads, landing pages, forms and follow-up flows. Implement lead nurturing and marketing automation based on behavior and segmentation. Proactively align with Sales regarding lead quality, follow-up speed and feedback loops. Profiel: Essential Skills & Competencies Experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax) and LinkedIn Ads. Knowledge of social advertising, remarketing, email performance and automation. Experience with A/B testing, experiment design and CRO. Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, ROAS, SQL rate and funnel optimization. Soft skills Result-oriented, critical and solution-focused. Strong communication with the marketing team, sales and internal stakeholders. Hands-on, structured and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Profile 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing or demand generation. Strong data-driven mindset : decisions are based on data, not intuition. Experience in B2B lead generation is a strong asset.
