Duties & Role:
1. Assist in implementation and administration of Cyber Security related policies, settings and tools;
2. Provide support level 2/3 support for INF051 related services including: Secure Web Proxies, Web Application Firewalls, Email Gateways, Remote Access VPN, DNS and DHCP;
3. Routinely serve as CISS representative in the ESOC;
4. Provide assistance to other work centres within NISC as needed;
5. Other related duties as required.
Specific Working Conditions: Up to 100 Belgian TDY per month; Some work outside normal office hours may be required
Requirements
Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
6. The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
7. Experience in implementing and maintaining an enterprise network.
8. Experience with the management of DNS/DHCP solutions, Remote Access VPNs, Secure Gateways, Proxies, Firewalls, Load Balancers, WAF and Intrusion Detection System Technologies.
9. Experience in implementing and maintaining Secure Access Services Edge.
10. Experience in implementing and maintaining cloud based DDOS, and Web Application Firewall protection.
11. Excellent technical troubleshooting skills.
12. Knowledge of cloud networking architecture, cloud operations, security, automation and orchestration.
13. Knowledge of Zero Trust Networking.
14. Knowledge of IT Security frameworks and governance models.
15. Extensive knowledge of public key infrastructure (PKI).
16. Experience implementing and managing cloud based Secure Access Service Edge.
17. Experience implementing Secure Cloud configurations.
18. Experience implementing NATO Security Directives.
19. Prior experience working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements.
20. Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization to include NATO Security Policy and supporting directives.
21. Practical experience troubleshooting infrastructure related issues, perform regular maintenance.
22. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
23. Good analytical skills and solution-oriented attitude
