Education required: You are regularly enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Management, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field in an Educational Establishment located in Europe.
Language requirement: English & French

- Problem solving
- Ability to collect, validate, document, manipulate and interpret data to produce robust answers to business or technical questions.
Expected start date: As soon as possible
Duration: 6 months minimum
Work arrangements: Hybrid
Requisite: The internship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum, for which an agreement must be signed between GSK, the student and the Educational Establishment.
Remuneration: according to Belgian legal requirements, the internship will not be paid. However, some expenses will be reimbursed.

Your mission:
As intern in Vaccines Distribution Planning, you will play an essential role in supporting the global distribution of vaccines.
What will you do?
1. Organizing shipments within the Vaccines network.
2. Coordinating the shipping and billing of vaccines from GSK facilities to customers.
3. Collecting, validating, and sharing shipment documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, transport documents, AWB, BL, certificates) with customers.
4. Providing customer support by addressing claims and complaints and maintaining effective communication with clients.
5. Supporting the maintenance of relevant local process documentation.
6. Acting as a key enabler and contributor to continuous improvements and transformation initiatives within Vaccines Distribution Planning.

7. Problem solvers: Capable of identifying issues, determining root causes, and implementing effective solutions using problem-solving tools and techniques.
8. Data-driven thinkers: Skilled at collecting, validating, documenting, and interpreting data to produce robust answers to business or technical questions.
