Job Description
The Account Manager will have the following responsibilities :
* Ensure retention and growth of existing customers (50% farming).
* Identify and convert new business opportunities (50% hunting).
* Manage margins and ensure healthy profitability across your portfolio.
* Lead pricing discussions and negotiate commercial conditions with customers.
* Apply a P&L‑driven mindset to optimize results and support sustainable growth.
* Report to the Sales Manager and contribute to the overall commercial strategy.
The Successful Applicant
* Strong commercial background with proven sales experience.
* Experience in Foodservice.
* Ability to manage both farming and hunting activities.
* Autonomous, structured, analytical, and comfortable with margin management.
* Strong relationship‑builder with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
* Fluent in French with good Dutch.
